Having spent over four years immersed in the implementation and facilitation of Agile Scrum, Alice has mastered the art of planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. She deftly employs Agile techniques such as user stories, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration. Proficient in ticketing tools like JIRA and ServiceNow, along with various software applications such as Rally Soft, MS Office, TFS, MS Visio, SharePoint, Excel, Oracle, and VersionOne, Alice is fully equipped to handle any project with utmost proficiency. 

Before assuming her current role as a Scrum Master at CVS Health, Alice had previously excelled as a Scrum Master at Great American Insurance Group and a Lead Scrum Master at Wells Fargo. In these positions, she skillfully coached teams on work item tracking, user story writing, and the principles of agility, ensuring seamless project delivery. Her innate ability to facilitate scrum meetings, safeguard her development team from interruptions, and collaborate seamlessly with product owners to maintain a prioritized backlog and plan releases has been instrumental in her career.
