Dr. Frederick Kweh is an exceptional and dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in basic, translational, and clinical research. With an impressive track record spanning over 20 years, Dr. Kweh has made significant contributions to various areas including metabolic disorders, cancer genetics, gene therapy, monoclonal antibodies, and viral vaccines.

As Senior Manager of Analytical Development at National Resilience Inc. in Alachua, Florida, Dr. Kweh led a highly skilled team focused on the rapid development and adoption of cutting-edge technologies for the characterization of viral vaccines, nucleic acids, cell therapies, and biologics. His strategic thinking and results-driven approach have led to the successful implementation of several new technology platforms and assays, resulting in improved cost-effectiveness, throughput, accuracy, reproducibility, reliability, and safety.

Prior to his role at National Resilience Inc., Dr. Kweh held positions of increasing responsibility where he consistently demonstrated his expertise. As a Lead Scientist and Supervisor at Ology Bioservices Inc., he introduced innovative technologies such as ddPCR and Capillary Electrophoresis for vector genome quantification and purity analysis. During his tenure at Viral Vector Services, ThermoFisher Scientific, as a Lead Scientist and Supervisor, he excelled in assay development and analytics, becoming a subject matter expert in various assays related to viral vector products.

Dr. Kweh's leadership skills extend beyond research and development. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and supervised analytical development groups, fostered collaborations with professionals from diverse backgrounds, and provided invaluable training, mentorship, and supervision to scientists and lab technicians. His administrative abilities are evident in his experience with cGMP, assay qualifications, regulatory documentation, and the writing and reviewing of SOPs, test records, and client reports.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Frederick Kweh has made significant contributions to the scientific community through his publications and abstracts. Holding a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in Genetics from the University of Florida, he has shared his expertise through publications in esteemed scientific journals and presentations at national and international conferences. His research findings have contributed to a deeper understanding of Prader-Willi syndrome, obesity, and the role of various hormones in these conditions. Dr. Kweh's outstanding research contributions have been recognized with several awards and fellowships, including accolades from the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research, Children Miracle Network, Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (USA), and the Rare Disease Clinical Research Network.
